Turn screenshots of your app into a video.

You have six screenshots of the new build and no recording. The post goes out today.

Drop the screenshots into CrispDemo and say what viewers should take away. Your coding agent rebuilds each one as an HTML screen, checks it against the original and tells the story across them, with a voice and music.

How to turn screenshots into a video.

Four steps in CrispDemo, from the screenshots to the files you post.

  1. Drop in your screenshots

Add up to 12 files per video. PNG, JPEG, WebP and HEIC screenshots work, and you can mix them with screen recordings. Use one screenshot for each screen you want to show.

The create composer with two screen recordings and a screenshot attached, a one-sentence brief, the Create video button, the estimate for the voice, music and Gemini review, and the checkbox that lets your coding agent read the files.
  2. Say what the video should show

Write one or two sentences about what viewers should take away. Then pick where the video will be posted.

The Where will this video be posted? dialog showing phone previews for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  3. Pick a voice and music

Choose from 8 Gemini voices and play a sample of each before you pick. Google's Lyria composes music for the video, or you pick a built-in track.

The Sound panel's voice grid with eight voices, the Kore sample playing, the voiceover language and captions.
  4. Export a look for each place

Each look shows how the video will appear there, with the right shape and captions: 16:9, 9:16 or 4:5.

The Export video dialog with YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn chosen, each rendered at its own size, such as 1920x1080 for YouTube and 1080x1920 for TikTok.

Keep working on the same video.

Ask for changes, and check the result.

Changes in plain words

Ask your coding agent for a change, for the whole video or for one scene.

A change request answered by Claude Code: it shortened scene 2's title and voiceover and updated the YouTube video.

A Gemini review of the finished video

Gemini watches and listens to the rendered video and lists what to fix: the opening, legibility, framing, captions and more.

The Gemini review scored 7 out of 10, with a timed pacing fix, a Fix this button and findings to consider.

Questions

Can I make a video from screenshots only?

Yes. A video can use screenshots, screen recordings or both, up to 12 files.

Which image files work?

PNG, JPEG, WebP and HEIC.

Why rebuild a screenshot instead of zooming into it?

Your coding agent rebuilds each screen as HTML, so it is sharp at every size and the same story can be framed for a wide YouTube video and a vertical TikTok without blurry crops.

What happens to my screenshots?

CrispDemo asks before your coding agent reads them on your Mac. The agent sends what it reads to its own model provider, under your account with it. Your original files are never changed.

Give your app a proper introduction.

CrispDemo is in early access, for Mac (Apple silicon). Tell us about your app and where you post, and we'll let you know when you can try it.
